Privacy Policy — OR Grok Auto / OR Flow Auto

OR Grok Auto and OR Flow Auto (“the extensions”) are browser extensions made by THE OR (contact: the.or.corp@gmail.com). This policy explains what data the extensions handle.

Data that stays on your computer

Your settings, prompt queue, uploaded images, reference images and logs are stored only in your browser (chrome.storage.local). They are never sent to us. The extensions work on grok.com or Google Flow using your own signed-in account, and files you generate are saved to your own Downloads folder.

Your account (required to use the extensions)

You sign in with your Google account. We receive only your name, email address and Google account ID. We also record, for your account:

• when you first signed in, last signed in and last used the extension
• the extension version, browser type and panel language
• the number of computers/browsers you use it on

We use this only to provide the extensions, manage your plan (free or paid) and contact you about your account. We never receive your Google password, and we do not access your Gmail, Drive or any other Google data.

You can sign out anytime in Settings → Account. To delete your account data, email the.or.corp@gmail.com from the address you signed in with.

Anonymous error reports (optional, off until you allow it)

If you choose “Send error reports”, the extension sends a short report when an error happens:

• the error code and an English description
• extension version, browser name and version, operating system type, and panel language
• the job type and the kind of screen where it failed (for example “/imagine”, with IDs removed)
• the names of the site’s buttons and settings in the input area
• the location of the script error
• a random install ID that is not linked to your identity or your account

Never sent: your prompts, images, file or folder names, full page addresses, account details, or AI answers.

The same error is reported at most once a day. You can turn this off anytime in Settings → “Error reports & feedback”.

Feedback and problem reports (only when you send them)

When you use “Report a problem” or “Suggest an idea”, we receive:

• your message and the type you chose
• your email address, only if you enter it
• diagnostic info, only if you tick “Attach diagnostic info”: your settings (except the save folder), the number of items in the queue, and your last 60 log lines with prompts and file names removed

You can see the exact content before sending.

How we use and store it

We use this data only to find and fix bugs and to improve the extensions. It is stored in a Google Sheet owned by THE OR and delivered by email to the.or.corp@gmail.com.

• Error events are deleted automatically when the log grows past 20,000 entries.
• Feedback is kept until it has been handled.

We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising or to decide creditworthiness.

Your choices

• Turn error reports off at any time.
• To ask us to delete feedback you sent, email the.or.corp@gmail.com with the approximate time and text of your message.

OR Grok Auto와 OR Flow Auto(이하 “확장”)는 THE OR(문의: the.or.corp@gmail.com)가 만든 브라우저 확장입니다. 이 방침은 확장이 다루는 데이터를 설명합니다.

내 컴퓨터에만 남는 데이터

설정, 프롬프트 대기열, 올린 이미지, 레퍼런스 이미지, 로그는 브라우저 안(chrome.storage.local)에만 저장되며 저희에게 전송되지 않습니다. 확장은 사용자 본인이 로그인한 계정으로 grok.com 또는 Google Flow에서 동작하고, 만든 파일은 사용자의 다운로드 폴더에 저장됩니다.

계정 (확장을 쓰려면 필요)

구글 계정으로 로그인합니다. 저희는 이름, 이메일 주소, 구글 계정 ID만 받습니다. 계정마다 다음도 기록합니다.

• 처음·마지막 로그인 시각과 마지막 사용 시각
• 확장 버전, 브라우저 종류, 패널 언어
• 사용 중인 컴퓨터·브라우저 수

이 정보는 확장 제공, 요금제(무료·유료) 관리, 계정 관련 연락에만 씁니다. 구글 비밀번호는 받지 않으며, Gmail·드라이브 등 다른 구글 데이터에도 접근하지 않습니다.

설정 → 계정에서 언제든 로그아웃할 수 있습니다. 계정 데이터 삭제를 원하시면 로그인한 주소로 the.or.corp@gmail.com에 요청해 주세요.

익명 오류 보고 (선택, 허락하기 전에는 꺼져 있음)

“오류 보고 보내기”를 선택하면, 오류가 날 때 짧은 보고를 보냅니다.

• 오류 코드와 영어 설명
• 확장 버전, 브라우저 이름·버전, 운영체제 종류, 패널 언어
• 작업 종류와 실패한 화면 종류 (예: “/imagine”, ID는 지움)
• 입력창에 있는 사이트 버튼·설정 이름
• 스크립트 오류 위치
• 개인·계정과 연결되지 않은 무작위 설치 ID

보내지 않는 것: 프롬프트, 이미지, 파일·폴더 이름, 전체 페이지 주소, 계정 정보, AI 답변 내용

같은 오류는 하루에 한 번만 보냅니다. 설정 → “오류 보고 · 의견 보내기”에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

의견·문제 신고 (직접 보낼 때만)

“문제 신고”나 “개선 건의하기”를 쓰면 다음을 받습니다.

• 적은 내용과 선택한 종류
• 적은 경우에만 이메일 주소
• “진단 정보 첨부”를 켠 경우에만: 설정(저장 폴더 제외), 대기열 개수, 최근 로그 60줄 (프롬프트·파일 이름 제거)

보내기 전에 보낼 내용을 그대로 확인할 수 있습니다.

이용과 보관

받은 데이터는 버그를 찾아 고치고 확장을 개선하는 데에만 씁니다. THE OR 소유의 구글 시트에 저장되고, the.or.corp@gmail.com으로 메일 알림이 갑니다.

• 오류 기록은 2만 건이 넘으면 오래된 것부터 자동 삭제됩니다.
• 의견은 처리가 끝날 때까지 보관합니다.

판매·공유하지 않으며, 광고나 신용 평가에 쓰지 않습니다.
