Terms of Service — OR Grok Auto / OR Flow Auto

These terms apply to the browser extensions OR Grok Auto and OR Flow Auto (“the extensions”) made by THE OR (contact: the.or.corp@gmail.com). By installing or using the extensions you agree to these terms.

1. What the extensions do

The extensions automate your own sessions on grok.com and Google Flow: they run a queue of your prompts and images one by one and save the results to your computer. They are independent tools and are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by xAI or Google. “Grok” and “Google Flow” are trademarks of their owners.

2. Your accounts and third-party services

You need your own Grok account or Google Flow access. Generations use the plan, limits and credits of your account.
You are responsible for following the terms of those services. Automated use may be limited by them, and we are not responsible for any action they take on your account.
We are not responsible for credits or usage consumed by generations you start with the extensions.

You sign in with your Google account to use the extensions. Keep your account secure. We may suspend access for abuse, attempts to bypass the sign-in or plan checks, or illegal use.

4. Plans

The extensions are currently free. Paid plans may be offered later; their price and conditions will be shown before you buy.

5. Your content

Your prompts, images and generated files stay on your computer and in your own Grok / Google Flow account. We do not claim any rights to them. You are responsible for the content you create.

6. No warranty

The extensions are provided “as is”. Grok and Google Flow can change their websites at any time, which may stop the extensions from working until they are updated.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, THE OR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost credits, lost data or account restrictions arising from the use of the extensions.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: the.or.corp@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

이 약관은 THE OR(문의: the.or.corp@gmail.com)가 만든 브라우저 확장 OR Grok Auto와 OR Flow Auto(이하 “확장”)에 적용됩니다. 확장을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 확장이 하는 일

확장은 사용자 본인의 grok.com 및 Google Flow 사용을 자동화합니다. 사용자의 프롬프트와 이미지를 대기열로 하나씩 실행하고 결과를 사용자의 컴퓨터에 저장합니다. 확장은 독립적인 도구이며 xAI나 Google과 제휴하거나 승인·후원을 받지 않았습니다. “Grok”과 “Google Flow”는 각 소유자의 상표입니다.

2. 사용자 계정과 외부 서비스

사용자 본인의 Grok 계정 또는 Google Flow 이용 권한이 필요합니다. 생성에는 사용자 계정의 요금제·한도·크레딧이 쓰입니다.
해당 서비스의 약관을 지키는 것은 사용자의 책임입니다. 해당 서비스가 자동화된 사용을 제한할 수 있으며, 그 서비스가 사용자 계정에 취하는 조치에 대해 저희는 책임지지 않습니다.
확장으로 시작한 생성에 쓰인 크레딧·사용량에 대해 저희는 책임지지 않습니다.

3. 로그인

확장을 쓰려면 구글 계정으로 로그인합니다. 계정은 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 남용, 로그인·요금제 확인을 우회하려는 시도, 불법적인 사용이 있으면 이용을 중지할 수 있습니다.

4. 요금제

현재 확장은 무료입니다. 나중에 유료 요금제가 생기면 구매 전에 가격과 조건을 안내합니다.

5. 사용자 콘텐츠

프롬프트, 이미지, 생성된 파일은 사용자의 컴퓨터와 사용자 본인의 Grok / Google Flow 계정에 남습니다. 저희는 이에 대한 권리를 주장하지 않으며, 만든 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

6. 보증 없음

확장은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. Grok과 Google Flow는 언제든 화면을 바꿀 수 있고, 그 경우 업데이트 전까지 확장이 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

7. 책임 제한

법이 허용하는 범위에서, THE OR는 확장 사용으로 생긴 간접·부수적 손해, 크레딧 손실, 데이터 손실, 계정 제한에 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 변경과 문의

약관은 바뀔 수 있으며 위 날짜가 최신 버전을 나타냅니다. 문의: the.or.corp@gmail.com. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.
